Hi! My name is Natalie and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience in treating eating disorders, depression, anxiety, body image concerns, chronic pain, grief, relationship struggles, compulsive behaviors, stress, and low self-esteem. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings and have treated adults, pre-teens, and adolescents, as well as their families. I believe that with all the wonderful things life has to offer, it also brings with it some roadblocks and challenges. My hope is to help individuals work through these challenges so that they may thrive, not just survive.
I thoroughly enjoy helping people navigate and conquer the unique challenges that come with adolescence and young adulthood as well as life stage transitions. I believe in a nurturing approach to therapy; I provide compassion for my clients as well as the accountability that we all need to grow. I utilize a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and a Humanistic approach in my practice. I strongly believe that people deserve a unique approach that caters to their specific needs and goals. I hope each person I work with leaves therapy with valuable insights and skills to live a meaningful and purposeful life. Above all else, I hope that my clients recognize their inherent value and have confidence that their lives matter.
I am married and the mother of two young children. When I am not working, I enjoy checking out local restaurants and coffee shops, being active and outdoors, crafting, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
