I am a trained person-centered clinician who utilizes aspects of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness in my work with clients. I work to create an environment filled with warmth, acceptance, and free of judgment. Everyone’s story is unique and challenging in its own way. Sometimes we need support in learning about ourselves and how to move through life’s difficult challenges. I believe therapy can be an effective tool for gaining insight into who you are now, who you want to become, and how to get there. My areas of specialty include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, body image, and relationship issues.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2013 and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019. I bring 7 years of experience in working in social services with people with intellectual disabilities, developmental issues and Autism Spectrum Disorder before starting my career in mental health. I am equipped to provide services to families, individuals, and groups. During my graduate work, I had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of populations across socioeconomic backgrounds, ages and presenting issues. I also bring clinical experience from Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program, and outpatient levels of care. When I am not at the office, I enjoy packing up the car and getting back to nature with my husband. I enjoy hiking, yoga, and gardening.

Elizabeth’s fees are $175 for 50 minute sessions including intake.
