HI!  My name is Brandy, and I am a Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach via the Carolyn Costin Institute (CCI) where I completed vigorous training and supervision hours directly under Carolyn Costin.  Additional to coaching those in recovery from an eating disorder, I have over 25 years of experience as a professional consultant helping clients who are averse to change.  I am also recovered from my own 30-year battle with an eating disorder.

As a coach I am here to work in collaboration with you and your team to take meaningful and actionable steps that propel you through your recovery by taking what you learn from your therapist and registered dietician and applying it in the real world in a practical way that suits your lifestyle.  

I'm here to ensure you understand that you are not alone in your recovery. My goal is to inspire you to take up space, listen to and use your voice, and create a path of your own, free from rules, rigidity, guilt, and shame. I'll model what living a recovered life looks like and help you to replace and apply new coping skills in your everyday life. You will know that you are worthy, and you are enough just as you are. I hope to help you recover your true self from your eating disorder.

Personally, I am married and have two adult children who are starting their own lives.  My husband and I have four little dogs and love to travel whenever we can.  I love to read and learn, especially with a warm cup of coffee.  I can’t wait to get to know you!

Rates are $130 for 60-minute session and $65 for 30-minute session
